Michael Anthony came into the culinary world with a natural talent
on his shoulders. After many of his young years were spent in the "Head Chef" status, he attended Johnson & Whales, with much success.

Michael Anthony's first outing was an incredible 10 years in East Moriches. There he not only made great food, but he created a
home for all those who dined with him. His culinary talent combined with with his attentivness to his guests every night on the dining room floor keeps a warm gathering of friends, family, atmosphere and ambience, flowing.

As Michael grew, he pursued a location in Sayville, he shared with the town his affable tendancies and culinary love. With a call from his clients wanting his services on and off premises, it was then Michael started to explore catering with his creative cusine. This allowed his venture to Shelter Island where he had been for another incredible
9 years.

Michael Anthony reaches success with each smiling bride/Catering event that engages his talent, On or Off his premises. He is sought out from Manhattan, to Montauk.

It was over 20 years ago Michael Anthony originated his eclectic menu that is now so popular and loved today. His multi stratus catering and Manhattan flairs, have great Reviews.

The great culinary experience, and ambience, continue at the hands of personable, Five star Chef, Michael Anthony.

but not always necessary.

Michael has recently relocated from the "Dering" on Shelter Island, to
Wading River, the "Gateway" to Long Island's Northfork.
